Thank you to all who took the time to sign our Book and sharing your wonderful experiences with us and our readers. Also, I'd like to thank Mrs. Swanson for sharing her experience and pointing out how we fell short of her expectations. It is through forums such as this, as well as response cards, letters, etc. that we are able to become aware of accommodations needing attention. I had e-mailed and phoned Mrs. Swanson, our Guest, and discussed how to specifically improve service and accommodations for our vacationing guests. Our management team acted swiftly to take corrective action. Again, thank you all for your comments. Message: We come every year for Birthday week. It is surprising how the beach changes. Now there is a ton of grass in front of the condos so it is different again. Love the birds, shells and the wonderful views. The condos are clean and staff is super friendly and accommodating. see you next year!

Message: It was ok, beautiful location! If we come back will def stay in different condo. Had to buy couple basic things (salt,seasonings,paper towels)also bought silverware (later discovered they were in a drawer that was broken & couldn't open)dishes were sticky & obviously not washed. Bathroom was nasty, had long black hair stuck everywhere. People below us smoked ALOT,granted not in condo but still had to walk through it. BUT! We did have a good time, and beach was beautiful!

This will be the 2nd time staying at Siesta Sands on the Beach and planning on booking our next years two week vacation as soon as we arrive. This place is beautiful. My husband and I have been to many places and Siesta Key is the place to be!
