We know how important your beach vacation is to you and we want it to be most enjoyable.  We also want you to feel confident that you will be protected should oil reach our beach.  As a valued Guest, you will receive a full refund of your unused prepayment and/or deposit (less a $25 Administrative Fee), should you elect to cancel your Booking, or leave before your scheduled Departure Date, as a direct result of Siesta Key beaches being closed to swimming by local health officials as a consequence of the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill.
