Little Tid-Bit
One of our husband/wife Condo owners (who shall remain anonymous), now both retired, lives locally on a championship golf course with lots of country club activities available daily. They purchased their Condo in the early 90's (after vacationing there 7 times over three years). It has been observed that when their Condo is not rented for a few days, they often jump in to get their "beach fix"! They usually start their day with coffee on the Gulf-side Deck followed by breakfast at the Broken Egg in the Village; and as the day ends, begin their evening with the ritual of cocktails on the Sun Deck to watch that large orange ball slowly disappear over the Gulf of Mexico. They have espoused: "It continues to amaze us that after all these years we never tire of Siesta Sands". Thus, the "yearning to return" is not advertising "hype", but real!
